Shipping policy

Items are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipment. All items will be shipped out as soon as possible. Shipped items will result in an email containing the shipments tracking number. Please keep track of this information until your item is received. All items are shipped with insurance covering the value of the item. Once the item departs TWELv8, we are no longer responsible for tracking and delivery. Please refer any shipping issues to the carrier.
