A non-refundable, transferable deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit of $15 is applied to the total service. The remaining balance is due before or the day of the appointment. Please read below for service details.

Basic Manicure - Soaking, cleansing, shaping, cuticle maintenance

Gel Manicure - Basic manicure with polish & topcoat

Gel Overlay - Hard gel overlay with gel manicure

Gel Set - Artificial extensions with gel manicure

Refill - Hard gel fill-in for grown out nails with gel manicure

Cut Down - Reshaping and shortening with refill

Polish Change - Color change 

Add-Ons (add to any service above - select when booking)

Designs - Nail artwork including designs and accessories

Notes:

• Visible signs of injury, open wounds, or symptoms of illness qualify for a cancelation. Please heal before being serviced. 

• Please be considerate of the schedule. Your appointment time allows for a 15 minute grace period. Anything later qualifies for cancelation/rescheduling.

• Your deposit is non-refundable. However, It is transferable. If in the event you need to reschedule, please contact me via email at contact@twelv8.com.
